What happens on the call
I ask what your week actually looks like. Where the calls come from, what happens when you miss one, who answers the form, and what you are doing about reviews. Ten minutes, and mostly you talking.
Then I tell you straight whether we can help. If the thing you need is not the thing we do, I will say that instead of selling you the closest thing I have.
You get me or Carlo, every time. There is no account manager behind us, because there are only two of us.
